Visas & Immigration Advisors Private Limited is a premier immigration service provider dedicated to offering expert guidance and solutions to individuals and families navigating the complexities of immigration laws. With established offices in the UK, Europe, and UAE, we are excited to announce the expansion of our network with the opening of our new branch in Lahore, Pakistan. As we continue to expand our reach and services, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Immigration Consultant.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist senior consultants in managing client consultations to assess their needs and propose suitable immigration solutions.
Support the preparation and submission of visa applications and documentation.
Conduct preliminary assessments of clients' immigration needs and eligibility for various visas and immigration programs.
Stay up to date on changes in immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate support to senior consultants.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and concerns promptly via face-to-face meetings, phone, email, or social media channels.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our immigration services.
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations in all activities.
Assist in managing the company's media channels to ensure accurate and engaging communication with our audience.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Some experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in immigration consultancy, insurance, real estate, or related services.
Basic understanding of the immigration process and different country regulations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
Fluent in English and Urdu.
