We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced CNC Machine Instructor to join our team and lead our CNC Machine Diploma Program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CNC machining and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum for the CNC Machine Diploma Program.
Provide hands-on training in CNC machine operation, programming, and maintenance.
Teach students how to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
Ensure students understand safety protocols and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and practical exams.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in CNC technology.
Maintain and manage CNC lab equipment and tools.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with other instructors and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.

Qualifications:

Diploma, B.Tech or Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
On field 10 years of experience,
Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC Laithe and Miling machining, prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to student success and continuous improvement in teaching methods.
