We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Agent with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales team to market exclusive properties, assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, and manage a portfolio of clients and leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and promote Lumora Estate’s exclusive projects.
- Assist clients with property purchases, sales, or rentals, providing advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Manage client leads and follow up on inquiries.
- Conduct property viewings and site visits.
- Negotiate deals and prepare the necessary documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and property values.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a real estate agent.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of successful sales or rentals.
- Familiarity with the local real estate market.
