Business Development Manager

VirrgoTech is a full-service Digital Marketing cum Software company that is looking for a talented and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.
Prepare proposals and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
Familiar with bidding on websites like Upwork, Fiverr, and Freelancer.
Strong command over English, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding client base.
Strong communication, sales, and marketing skills.
Experience in the digital marketing industry is preferred but not required.
Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
