The person should be excited by selling into new markets, strategizing the next steps, negotiating complex deals, and beating the competition in head-to-head opportunities. The applicant selected for this opening will be tasked with selling project property units, paying client visitations, closing deals.
To be successful in this role, you will need to be in good standing with the Real Estate Housing Schemes / Commercial Projects and have good experience with sales and networking.
As our GM Sales, you will coordinate with Real Estate Dealers/ Agents and lead generation, so you have everything you need to succeed in this industry.
