This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative based in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrier Management: Effectively manage day-to-day dispatching needs.
  • Communication: Maintain clear communication with carriers, providing real-time updates and addressing challenges.
  • Customer Service: Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of transactions, dispatch orders, and relevant paperwork.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in Truck dispatch, with knowledge of key dispatch metrics and processes.
  • Previous experience in sales of truck dispatching, with knowledge of sales cycles, processes, and customer relationship management techniques.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex logistics, sales, and dispatch operations.
  • An understanding of truck dispatching.
