The Revit Draftsman will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 2D and 3D architectural drawings using Revit software. This role involves working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to develop plans that meet project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in Revit and BIM platforms.
- Proficiency in making submissions and work planning for commercial and residential projects.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using Revit software.
- Develop 3D models of buildings and structures, including architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) components.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Revit and drafting-related issues.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as advertising agencies, graphic designers, and printers to execute marketing projects.
- Implement procedures to minimize inventory shrinkage and losses.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and address any hazards.
- Conduct regular meetings to discuss goals, expectations, and updates.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Proven experience of 2 years as a draftsman, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Must know about Revit.
- Strong technical drawing and drafting skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
