Digital Marketing Engineer

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring that our web properties are optimized for performance, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance our overall digital presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Website and Landing Page Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive websites and landing pages.
- Implement A/B testing and optimize web pages to improve conversion rates.
- Integrate SEO best practices into web development to enhance organic search visibility.
Digital Marketing Automation:
- Manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email campaigns and lead nurturing strategies.
- Integrate CRM systems with marketing platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Develop personalized and targeted email marketing campaigns.
Analytics and Data Management:
- Set up and manage web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and report on digital marketing performance.
- Create and maintain dashboards to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Combine data from multiple sources to develop comprehensive performance reports.
Technical SEO:
- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement strategies to improve site health and search engine rankings.
- Optimize site speed, implement structured data, and ensure best practices for SEO are followed.
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Paid Advertising (PPC):
- Develop, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking to accurately measure ad effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and design, to align digital strategies with business goals.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners to execute digital marketing initiatives.
- Present performance reports and insights to stakeholders, making recommendations for improvements.
Security and Compliance:
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Implement security best practices to safeguard digital assets and customer data.
Continuous Learning and Innovation:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our digital marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years of experience in digital marketing, web development, or a related role.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development languages.
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.
Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems.
Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
