We are seeking a Production In Charge to join our team in the Building Materials industry.

As the Production In Charge, you will play a pivotal role in managing the day-to-day operations of our production facility.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about process improvement, team management, and delivering high-quality products.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth production flow and on-time delivery of products
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline production processes and improve overall efficiency
Train and supervise production staff, providing guidance and support to ensure safety and quality standards are always met
Monitor production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as procurement, inventory management, and quality control, to optimize resources and minimize costs
Continuously track and analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Lead and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, driving process optimization and waste reduction efforts
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and accountability among the production team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
Proven experience in a production management role within the building materials industry
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Solid understanding of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management principles
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
Proficient in using industry-specific software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable
