The e-commerce sales candidate will be responsible for driving online Shopify sales and managing customer relationships through various e-commerce platforms. This role involves optimizing sales processes, maintaining product listings, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with the marketing team to execute sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Management:

  • Maintain a thorough understanding of e-commerce platforms (specifically Shopify) and their functionalities.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
  • Manage customer feedback and reviews to improve service quality.

Marketing and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Utilize SEO and other digital marketing techniques to drive traffic and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide insights for improvement.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs.
  • Use data insights to inform sales strategies and identify areas for growth.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce sales or a related role.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms like Shopify.
  • Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
