We are seeking a dedicated and skilled IT Specialist to join our team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and managing CCTV systems, providing remote support for technical issues, and resolving IT-related problems across retail stores. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
CCTV Monitoring and Maintenance:
Monitor CCTV systems for a 9-hour shift to ensure the security and functionality of the setup.
Troubleshoot and fix CCTV issues remotely when required.
Ensure customers are being happily served and quickly report any theft incidents to the owners.
Retail Store IT Support:
Diagnose and repair computer issues in retail store environments.
Resolve POS (Point of Sale) software issues to minimize downtime.
Address Wi-Fi connectivity problems in store locations.
Merchant Facilities Support:
Provide technical support and fixes for merchant facilities and equipment.
Ensure seamless integration and operation of payment systems and related hardware.
Technical Problem-Solving:
Respond promptly to technical support requests remotely.
Document and track issues, solutions, and preventative measures to improve system reliability.
Communication and Collaboration:
Coordinate with store staff and management to resolve IT issues effectively.
Communicate technical solutions in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical users.
Daily Operational Checks:
Ensure on a daily basis that all stores are open and running smoothly as the first task of the day.
Qualifications:
Timings: 4am- 1pm
Working days: Monday to Saturday
Saturday Timings: 4am - 8am
