We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team. The Accountant will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the company’s financial goals. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Must also have Xero accounting software knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Xero accounting software to manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and reconciliation.
Prepare, examine, and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with laws and regulations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment reconciliations.
Monitor cash flow and budget adherence.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
Provide insights and recommendations to management based on financial data analysis.
Support strategic planning and decision-making by preparing forecasts and financial models.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and resolve any accounting issues.

Qualifications:

Must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Xero accounting software.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or ACCA finalist.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Timings: 4am- 1pm

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Saturday Timings: 4am - 8am
