Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Department, ensuring smooth workflow and addressing any floor issues or conflicts that arise.
Implement efficient task tracking procedures to ensure all client deliverables are on time and meet the required standards.
Maintain client records, hold meetings, or summarize notes/conversations had with clients.
Act promptly to resolve any internal conflicts or challenges to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Respond promptly to client emails, inquiries, and requests for information. They perform regular check-in calls or meetings with clients to review project progress, address concerns, and gather feedback.
Continuously analyze workflow processes, identifying inefficiencies, and propose solutions to enhance productivity and team collaboration.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all work being prepared or delivered for or to clients, ensuring complete transparency and accountability.
Work closely with team to ensure alignment between client needs and outputs.
Provide regular updates and reports to the Key Account Director on workflow status, task completion.
