Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field from a reputable institution is mandatory.
Strong understanding of advanced solar technologies, smart & hybrid inverters, and IoT devices used in energy management, is required.
Knowledge of network infrastructure (LAN, routers, switches) is necessary.
Excellent communication skills are needed to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
The ideal candidate should possess 2-3 years of hands-on experience in handling Heavy Equipment & Machinery or have specialized knowledge in solar power systems.
Possession of technical certification would be advantageous.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
Responding to breakdowns
Diagnosing faults
Repairing equipment
Supervising engineering and technical staff
Obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
Managing budgets
Maintaining statistical and financial records
