In this role, you will be responsible for answering calls, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Fluency in English is a requirement for this US-based position. If you are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in English language, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously, providing accurate information about our products or services.
  • Manage and update the CRM system, ensuring all customer data is accurate and up to date.Assist with organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the organization to resolve customer issues and address their needs.
  • Generate reports and provide insights on customer interactions and trends to support business decision-making.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in office administration or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, with excellent telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Monday.Com, Podio) and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant office software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and customer information management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with a friendly and professional phone manner.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and positive attitude.
