We’re looking for a new Account Specialist Support to join our team.

This role is perfect if you are excited about the idea of helping small businesses grow, especially in the E-Commerce industry, through the use of online paid advertising methods.

Through the work we do, we’re not just able to help small businesses grow BUT help people live better lives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide updates on client accounts and ensure accounts are live, running and error free.
Check, troubleshoot and resolve Amazon account problems on time.
Manage client and fulfillment tasks.
Ensure that client listings are compliant. Strategize and execute listing strategies of client accounts.
List and/or remove items, and actively manage client accounts on Amazon.
Communicate with Amazon business for client issues.
Problem-solve and manage crises. Be able to keep the temperature low with irate clients and find a win-win situation for problems
Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within a business day)
Act as a liaison between our internal delivery team and clients to ensure exceptional client service as it relates to industry insights, campaign analysis, best practices, and strategic recommendations
Review client data and identify trends and insights to develop strategic recommendations for campaigns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

You have an experience in the Amazon Seller Central space
You are a problem solver and you can work without direct supervision. You know how to take initiative and you are a team player.
You have to be willing to undergo training on all our systems and processes.
You incline toward Digital Marketing or have experience in the industry

Professional and clear communication verbally and in writing, as well as the ability to actively listen

This is a 100% remote and full-time position. We work Mountain Time Zone between 7 AM to 5 PM MST.
