Your Role:

As a Business Development Officer, your key objective will be to generate new business, foster client relationships, and close deals. You’ll work closely with internal teams and use your analytical and communication skills to meet ambitious targets.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales:

Negotiate and manage purchase orders with both new and existing clients, ensuring profitable deals.

Business Growth:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the customer base and driving the company’s growth.

Strategic Sales Planning:

Develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Market Research:

Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs through ongoing market research.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction and timely product delivery.

What We’re Looking For:

Education:

BBA in Sales & Marketing or a related field.

Experience:

1 to 2 years in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Skills:

MS Office Proficiency:

Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis, reporting, and strategy development.

Excel Expertise: Ability to create and analyze complex spreadsheets, generate reports, and present data-driven insights.

Negotiation & Communication:

Strong negotiation and communication skills to close deals and maintain client relationships.

Networking:

A knack for building connections and leveraging relationships to achieve business goals.

Analytical Thinking:

The ability to think strategically and use data to identify trends and opportunities.
