Responsible for efficiently sourcing, negotiating, and procuring high-quality goods and services in line with the company's procurement policies and procedures.
Reviewing, comparing and analyzing products and services to be purchased.
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Communicate with vendors to ensure that the product arrives in a timely fashion.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers.
Generate regular reports for management, providing insights into procurement activities and opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Audit, finance and operations, and quality assurance, to understand their procurement needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of procurement activities.
Test quality of products based on procurement requirements and quality assurance standards.
Work with Sales and Finance departments to support payment processes to sellers.
