a) Daily close monitoring of Lab issuance & Labsa tanker filling totalizer with respect to actual load quantity done & cross checking from the Weighbridge weights.
b) Overall tank farm Operations monitoring,
c) Responsible for making sure of Effective and efficient material handling.
d) Assurance of daily filling task with the quantity in all SKU (Drums, Cans, IBCs)
e) Daily Finished Goods & Raw Material Summary as per closings
f) Responsible to make a daily tank summary Report shift wise.
g) Filling plan with respect to shift target assign by MM Lead
h) Keep close monitoring of all the Electrical & Mechanical items during the shift hours and identify any discrepancies.
i) Identifying and highlighting any betterment in daily filling operations.
j) Housekeeping of Area.
