Tryngo Technologies is looking for a Software Quality Assurance (Q.A) engineer monitor every phase of the development process to ensure that the design and software adhere to company standards.

Software delays are costly for a company, so it's vital for releases to meet target dates and stay within budget.
A software quality assurance engineer helps meet deadlines by breaking up the development process into attainable testing goals and relaying any issues back to the development and product teams or leaders.

Job Duties And Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer job description should contain the following duties and responsibilities:

Test current products and identify deficiencies
Suggest solutions to identified product problems
Investigate product quality to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution
Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
Oversee continuous improvement projects
Collect quality data
Identify key KPIs for product quality
Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management
3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
3 years of experience with a variety of different testing techniques such as UI Testing, Automated Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, and other
3 years of experience with software QA tools and processes
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Team player
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
