You will play a key role in promoting and selling our product line to potential customers. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, including features, benefits, and pricing, to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Sales and Customer Service: Engage with customers through various channels (in-store, online, social media) to provide personalized recommendations and address inquiries or concerns.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
Sales Goals: Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and demonstrating a strong ability to close deals.
Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends and competitors to provide feedback and suggest improvements for our product offerings.
Reporting: Track sales performance and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the women’s products sector or a related field, is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively.
Customer-Centric: A strong focus on customer service and a passion for helping clients find the right products.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing sales strategies and customer needs.
