Travista Future Consultants, a visa and tourism consultancy, is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should be female, with knowledge of visa consultancy being a considerable advantage.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
  4. Handle inquiries from clients and provide accurate information about our services.
  5. Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar.
  6. Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.

Requirements:

  1. Must be female.
  2. Prior experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.
  3. Knowledge of visa consultancy practices and procedures would be valuable.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office software.
  6. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Professional appearance and demeanor.
