    • Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls promptly and professionally.
    • Follow established call center scripts when addressing various topics.
  2. Understanding Customer Needs:

    • Identify customer needs by actively listening and asking clarifying questions.
    • Research and provide accurate information to address inquiries or concerns.
  3. Problem Solving and Solutions:

    • Offer solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs.
    • Upsell relevant travel products or services when opportunities arise.
  4. Building Relationships:

    • Go the extra mile to engage customers and build lasting relationships.
    • Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude even during challenging interactions.
  5. Record Keeping:

    • Document all conversations in our call center database in a clear and organized manner.
  6. Continuous Learning:

    • Attend educational seminars to enhance your knowledge and performance.
  7. Meeting Targets:

    • Strive to meet both qualitative and quantitative targets set for the team.

Requirements and Skills

To excel in this role, you’ll need:

Previous Customer Support Experience:

  • A track record of handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests.

Effective Communication:

  • Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.

Familiarity with CRM Systems:

  • Comfort using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.

Customer Focus:

  • Adaptability to different personality types and a genuine desire to help.
  • Time Management:
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Education:

  • High school degree or equivalent.
