Manage client inquiries and communication via WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and phone calls.
Coordinate inter-team communication, ensuring efficient collaboration and information sharing.
Conduct phone calls with clients to confirm appointments and address concerns.
Schedule and manage therapists' schedules, optimizing appointment allocation and payments.
Handle session bookings, reminders, and confirmations for therapy sessions.
Managing client inflow, looking over gaps in inflow and communication and engaging in proactive problem-solving to increase inflow
