You will be instrumental in providing analytical support to our finance team, aiding strategic decision-making. This role requires a high level of proficiency in financial modeling and data visualization tools such as Excel and Power BI. You will develop and maintain financial forecasts, prepare budget-to-actual analysis, and build interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning.
- Create dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize key financial metrics and performance indicators.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, forecast future results, and provide actionable insights to management.
- Collaborate with different business units to gather information and refine financial assumptions.
- Conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts/budgets, providing explanations for discrepancies and suggesting corrective actions.
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial reviews and prepare presentations for senior management.
- Participate in the financial integration of mergers and acquisitions as required.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements in financial analysis tools and techniques.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in an FP&A role.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VBA) and significant experience with Power BI or similar BI tools.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
