We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our Food and Beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our fine dining restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Restaurant Operations
1. Manage the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery.
2. Supervise and coordinate the activities of restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses.
3. Ensure that all restaurant equipment is properly maintained and cleaned.
4. Manage restaurant inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Customer Service
1. Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues.
2. Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant, ensuring that customers feel valued and appreciated.
3. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to drive repeat business.
4. Monitor customer feedback and make adjustments to service delivery accordingly.
Revenue Growth
1. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, including menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
2. Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improving revenue performance.
3. Manage restaurant budgets, ensuring that expenses are within budget and aligned with revenue targets.
4. Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
Staff Management
1. Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service.
2. Manage staff performance, providing feedback and coaching to improve performance.
3. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring that staff feel valued and supported.
4. Manage staff scheduling, ensuring that the restaurant is adequately staffed during peak periods.
