We are seeking a Student Recruitment Counselor to join our team. As a Recruitment Counselor, you will assist prospective students in their study abroad journey. As the main point of contact, your responsibilities will be as below:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Manage inquiries from prospective students interested in studying abroad through virtual and physical meetings.
Advise students on appropriate programme requirements for undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in Malaysia.
Serve as a liaison between students and partner universities, processing student applications and securing placements.
Organise webinars to promote partner universities and the services offered by our company.
Handle the complete admission process, including providing guidance, processing admissions, and facilitating visa procedures.
Oversee and manage student leads in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Maintain accurate and complete records of students provided to institutions.
Collaborate with upper management to track and analyse current campaign performances for all clients.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Pakistani Citizen
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication/Marketing or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in overseas education and student recruitment (Australia / UK / USA/ Malaysia / Singapore)
Familiarity with agency/indirect distribution models for student recruitment
Understanding engagement and conversion strategies for international students
Knowledge of the international student marketplace and industry challenges
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical and detail-oriented approach
