A U.S based consulting agency seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Backend Software Engineer with deep expertise in Node.js, relational databases, and AWS. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the backend systems of a healthcare application.

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js.

Database Expertise: Proven experience with relational databases (Postgres), including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning. Experience with database migration and management tools is a plus.

AWS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS services, including but not limited to Lambda, RDS, S3, and API Gateway. AWS certification is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and asynchronous programming. Familiarity with other backend languages like Python or C# is a plus.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

English Fluency: Must be able to speak english fluently.
