Solar Business Development Head

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Solar Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry professionals.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
Proven track record of success in solar sales with at least 4 years of experience in a managerial role.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of solar energy systems, industry regulations, and market dynamics.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
