The Web Hunters is seeking an experienced MERN Developer to join our dynamic team. This role requires a proficient understanding of the MERN stack, which includes MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. As a developer in this position, you will not only focus on building and maintaining high-performance web applications but also lead a team of four individuals to ensure optimal project delivery. Your expertise will be essential in crafting scalable backend applications as well as interactive user interfaces, thereby enhancing user experience and efficiency. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology and thrives in a collaborative environment, ensuring that the projects meet all specifications and quality standards. In addition to your technical skills, you will be responsible for mentoring the team, facilitating project discussions, and addressing any technical challenges that arise. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including designers and product managers to gather and interpret requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
Lead a team of four developers, providing guidance and support on best coding practices.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Ensure high performance of applications by optimizing them for speed and efficiency.
Create and manage RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between the frontend and backend.
Stay updated with new trends and technologies in web development to ensure competitive advantage.
Conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards and mentor team members to enhance their skills.
Debug and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruptions in application performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, and deployment.
Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications for future reference.
