The HR Assistant is responsible for the followings;

Employee Personal File management and updation of internal databases with employee information, including personal profile, contact details and other employment information.
Routine work on Organizational HRMS (database).
CV management and screening of resumes, scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates.
Employee /Staff leave management.
Working on monthly payroll includes gathering the data i.e salary information & working days along with handling salary-related queries.
Any other task assigned by the management.
