We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented eCommerce Operations Assistant to join our team. This role involves managing our product listings, optimizing content for search engines, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations on both platforms. The ideal candidate is someone with excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon and eBay.
- Write compelling product descriptions and optimize titles, keywords, and images for SEO.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and implement strategies to improve rankings and conversions.
- Handle customer inquiries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage inventory and update stock levels to prevent overselling.
- Conduct competitor analysis to ensure competitive pricing and positioning.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure on-time order fulfillment and delivery.
- Generate and analyze reports to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
