We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter with at least 1 year of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for identifying top talent, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to building strong candidate pipelines. You will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding qualified professionals to help drive our company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.).
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
Job Posting & Advertising:
- Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent.
- Develop and manage social media recruitment strategies.
Candidate Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and updates.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate availability.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Prepare recruitment metrics and reports to track progress and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and hiring practices is a plus.
