We are seeking motivated individuals with strong English communication skills and prior experience in outbound cold calling as Sales Executives or Business Development Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to truck drivers in the USA to onboard them to our platform.
- Convince and register new truck drivers in the USA via cold calls and emails.
- Identify and prospect potential clients for truck dispatch services through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to schedule meetings and manage post-meeting follow-ups as necessary.
- Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested drivers, coordinating with sales executives for the next steps.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the logistics and dispatch sectors.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: O-Level/Matric or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in international truck dispatching campaigns.
- Must have a laptop and headset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English (American or Neutral accent).
- Willingness to work night shifts.
