We are seeking motivated individuals with strong English communication skills and prior experience in outbound cold calling as Sales Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound cold calls to truck drivers in the USA to onboard them to our platform.
Convince and register new truck drivers in the USA via cold calls and emails.
Identify and prospect potential clients for truck dispatch services through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
Conduct thorough research to understand client needs and tailor sales pitches to address their specific requirements.
Conduct follow-up calls and emails to schedule meetings and manage post-meeting follow-ups as necessary.
Maintain and manage a pipeline of interested drivers, coordinating with sales executives for the next steps.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities in the logistics and dispatch sectors.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: O-Level/Matric or higher.
Minimum 1 year of experience in international truck dispatching campaigns.
Must have a laptop and headset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in English (American or Neutral accent).
Willingness to work night shifts.
