We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our suite of services to businesses across various industries.

Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:

    • Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
    • Conduct thorough research to understand the needs and challenges of prospective clients and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management:

    • Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
    • Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on new services, industry trends, and best practices to maximize their success.
  3. Sales Strategy and Execution:

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate target markets, expand our customer base, and increase market share.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical departments, to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with client objectives.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
  • A strong understanding of website development, Google marketing, and dispatch solutions is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and compellingly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels of the organization.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
