We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of professional design experience in a UX or interaction design role, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality work and transformational original ideas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the UI/UX design process, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly with the engineering team, to ensure effective design implementation.
- Communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to different audiences and organizational levels.
- Acquire and leverage user data through methods such as end user research and behavioral assessments to inform design decisions.
- Demonstrate expertise in the entire UX life cycle, applying best practices and utilizing applicable tools.
- Utilize tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD, or other relevant software to create visually stunning and functional user interfaces.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional design experience in UX/Interaction Design or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Portfolio of high-quality work with transformational original ideas.
- Expertise in the entire UX life cycle, best practices, and applicable design tools.
- In-depth experience collaborating with engineering teams for design implementation.
- Proven history of acquiring and leveraging user data for informed design decisions.
- Demonstrable UI design skills with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, AdobeXD, Figma, and other equivalent skill.
