Salary Range: 35k to 40k (Negotiable based on skill set)
Shift: Must have the ability to work in the night shift
We are looking for a Graphic Designer who is passionate about improving customer experiences through effective design. You will be responsible for the overall design layout, and the ideal candidate will have strong creative skills along with a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for illustrative design and typography. The candidate should have experience in working with various design platforms such as digital and print.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute layouts/marketing assets for home page features, landing pages, digital marketing, social media, site banners, packaging, and email blasts.
- Hands-on experience with Social Media Posts, advertisements, brochures/flyers, and internal branding.
- Work on magazines, newsletters, advertisements, logos, and banner ads.
- Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs.
- Use appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
- Mock-up and design new web pages/mobile screens and perform content management.
- Design banners for websites and develop a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Maintain and update employee files in both digital and hard copy formats.
- Responsible for allocating assets to new hires and maintaining employment contracts.
Requirements:
- Visual Ideation / Creativity
- Typography Design Software: Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Knowledge of Color Theory, Web Design, and basic HTML/CSS. Layout/conversion optimization is a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and graphic design tools.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest news, social media trends, pop culture, arts media, and entertainment-related developments.
- Ability to manage workload and adapt to changing demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in graphic design.
- Must be available to work in the second/night shift.
