Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

Assist Head Project Finance & Infra Advisory in the origination of project finance, structured finance and advisory mandates for greenfield and brownfield projects.
Coordinate with the regulators, syndicate banks, external advisors and internal departments to provide end to end solutions to the existing and potential customers.
Prepare financial models, transaction teasers and information memorandums.
Management and supervision of team members to ensure timely execution of transactions.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor`s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized local/ foreign university.

Experience: Minimum 06 years of investment banking, corporate banking or advisory experience.

Age: Up to 55 Years as of Apr 23, 2024.
