The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is inviting applications for the position of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for South Region, based in Karachi.
The incumbent will provide support to the Head of HR and Regional Head in managing the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, learning & development, compensation, HR operations and performance management etc. of south region in compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure providing efficient HR services and the required level of HR support to the line functions and act as an advisor to the business in all HR matters.
- Keeping track of regional recruitment and open vacancies, sourcing talent, and following up with regional teams and Central HR Office with participation in the interviewing panel.
- Ensuring new employees on-boarding process and completion of personnel file is carried out smoothly.
- Completion of Payroll documentation at the regional level and forwarding the same to the Central HR Office.
- Preparing ROPs and handling loan requests, F&F settlements, leave encashment requests, and other related payments including reimbursements.
- Ensure EOBI/SESSI payments in a timely manner and manage the online facility system.
- Maintaining leave record of all staff in the region which includes management of biometric attendance machines.
- Coordinate with the regional operations, finance and admin teams for smooth execution of HR activities and initiatives.
- Handling employees, audits, and finance-related queries.
- Managing employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Generating monthly performance reports to monitor progress on departmental KPIs.
- Processing staff PF loans / PF withdrawals and regular loans as per entitlement.
- Managing training and development programs in coordination with Manager Organizational Development.
- Carry out filed visits and perform special projects as and when assigned by the Head of HR.
Education, Experience & Competencies
- Master’s degree in human resources or any other related field with 3 or more years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR related Softwares.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assist in problem solving.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR principles, procedures, employment laws and regulatory systems and requirements.
- Must have team spirit and be able to work with team.
