Teleport Manpower Consultant is seeking a motivated recruiter to join our team in Islamabad.

Salary Range: PKR 50,000–70,000
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to determine job requirements.
- Create detailed job descriptions reflecting company culture and values.
- Use inclusive language to attract diverse candidates.
- Outline the essential qualifications and competencies for each role.
- Provide clear reporting lines and team structures.
- Communicate performance standards and career growth opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and EEO regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong HR and management knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Executive headhunting experience is a plus.
