DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity risk management framework.
Ensure the framework aligns with the TMB’s strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
Identify potential cybersecurity risks across the TMB, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance risks.
Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis to evaluate the impact and likelihood of risks.
Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Ensure effective internal controls are in place to manage identified risks.
Monitor the effectiveness of risk mitigation efforts and adjust strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to manage compliance audits and assessments.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the TMB adapts accordingly.
Prepare regular risk management reports for senior management and for the board of directors.
Communicate risk management policies, procedures, and practices across the TMB.
Foster a risk-aware culture through training and awareness programs.
Oversee the management of risk incidents and near-misses.
Lead investigations into significant risk incidents and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.
Conduct post-incident reviews and identify lessons learned.
Continuously review and improve risk management processes and practices.
Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the TMB’s risk management capabilities.
Stay informed about emerging risks and trends in risk management.
Help the team in BAU activities of the function including access control, Security assessments, Monitoring, compliance and audits and Incident handling etc.
