Develop relationship strategy for the assigned branch/area of responsibility with due focus on verification, collections and cross sell
Manage team responsibly and support them to achieve the relevant objectives through timely loan disbursement and collection
Maintain zero level of portfolio at risk and ensure zero delinquency
Setting up meetings with new clients
Researching the latest products and prudential/credit regulations
Looking for new sales opportunities
Establish new borrowing relationships for Branch Banking (SME)
Prepare required credit and financial analysis as per the bank policies and procedures to enhance the bank’s market share
Seek opportunities for top-ups and cross sell with the view to build revenue streams for the branch
Build and retain highest level of motivation in the team to achieve maximum business volumes and have maximum employee retention
Train and assist each team member to assume his/her position as a first level of credit review and assess and verify customer’s income/demographics with view to establish customer’s need and credibility for personal loan
Undertake capacity planning to meet the assigned tangible objectives of loan volume sand zero default through effective and timely verification, correction and cross sell
Organize and deploy resources to match the business priorities in branch and take return in terms of assigned objectives
Coordinate with operations department to ensure timely disbursals of loans while retaining the integrity of process and documents
Seek opportunity to support and build branch base in deposits through active solicitation of existing relationship customers
Maintain MIS reports for verification, collections, cross sell and provide to the MIS coordinator as per policy
Support branch service through positive relationship with customers and help build Telenor’s Image and
Analyse business risks in branch and advise branch manager on all matters related to it
Undertake self-assessment of your area and review of subordinates
