You will be is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of securing contracts through tender submissions. This role involves analyzing tender opportunities, preparing and submitting proposals, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. The Tender Sales Officer works closely with various internal departments to compile necessary information and deliver competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for thoroughly checking the tender, whether we can quote the said items or not as per the requirement of client.
- Responsible of compiling quotations
- Responsible for arranging required documents for quotations
- Responsible for Technical verification of quoted terms
- Freight calculations & Profit Margins
- Responsible for the financial evaluation of prices
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
- Proven experience in tender sales, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of the tendering process and relevant industry regulations.
- Good Knowledge of MS Office, Technical Knowledge of product.

To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
