Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company targets for Firewall, HCI, & Other IT and Cyber security products.
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive the expansion of IT and Cyber security product offerings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute targeted campaigns and promotions.
  • Set sales targets and quotas for the team and monitor their performance against these targets.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
  • Develop and implement sales incentive programs to motivate the team and drive performance.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and present suitable IT and Cyber security products solutions
  • Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring profitable and sustainable partnerships.
  • Work closely with the technical and product teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and product development.
  • Provide feedback from clients and the market to influence product improvements and innovation.
  • Support the development and training of the sales team in product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market data.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on sales performance, market conditions, and business trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science with MBA in marketing
  • Extensive experience in sales management, preferably within the IT, cybersecurity, or networking industries with 8-10 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-performing sales teams.

We have a large numbers of clients based in both the private and Govt. sectors.They mostly deal with electronic assembling, testing, and production, including PCB manufacturing, stuffing of components using screen printers, automatic pick and place machines, re-flow ovens etc. We are authorized representatives of many production-related companies worldwide like TERADYNE USA, Conceptronic USA,DEK USA,ETS-Lindgen USA, Amplifier Research USA, MYDATA Sweden, Vitronics-Soltec etc. Not only we help procure systems/machines for our clients, we also provide Technical Services to the clients especially during the warrantee period(normally one year or as agreed in the contract). For this purpose, we have qualified engineers (having degree in electronics/electrical engineering) who, on a complaint, visit the customers on-site within 24 Hrs. and provide the needed help. To handle this task, we get our engineers trained with our principals (OEMs) after the procurement of the machines. In addition to providing a prompt response to the customers, the services provided from our company helps our principals to avoid unnecessary on-site visits by their engineers, which at times can become quite expensive/ difficult especially due to insurance/security problems.
