Responsibilities:

  •  Coordinate with marketing team to ensure timely execution of campaigns
  •  Research and identify reliable vendors for products and services
  •  Negotiate prices and terms with vendors
  •  Maintain accurate account sheets and records
  •  Follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery
  •  Arrange for clothes printing and stock preparation for delivery
  •  Utilize own transport to visit markets, vendors, and delivery locations
  •  Ensure all website and social media pages are updated and running smoothly
  •  Maintain order tracking and management systems
  •  Monitor and update order status in real-time
  •  Perform other tasks as required to support the operations team

Requirements:

  •  Graduates Fresh graduates with little to no experience are encouraged to apply
  •  Reliable transportation
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  •  Strong communication and negotiation skills
  •  Organizational and time management skills
  •  Basic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms
  •  Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  •  Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
