Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for the travel industry? We are one of the UK's leading Travel agencies, seeking a talented Sales Operations Manager to join our team and take our travel management services to new heights.

Responsibilities:

Enhance the travel experience of our global clientele by ensuring seamless and efficient travel management.
Oversee all administrative and operational activities to ensure a smooth workflow.
Empower and lead our sales support team to consistently achieve or exceed daily performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with Management to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
Implement new processes and procedures to optimize team operations and efficiency.
Conduct training sessions on travel policies and procedures as per IATA, ATOL, and ABTA regulations.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely billing and invoicing.
Manage purchasing, petty cash, and personal claims with precision.
Keep track of inventory and maintain office supplies as needed.

Requirements:

Outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, with proficiency in Sabre GDS.
Knowledge of managing Hajj and Umrah Operations will be an advantage.
Fluent communication in English (written and verbal).
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
