Installation and Setup:

Collaborate with the project team to understand the IoT device requirements and specifications.
Install and configure various types of sensors, transmitters as per project needs.
Ensure proper wiring, connections, and mounting of instruments for optimal functionality and data accuracy.

Calibration and Testing:

Calibrate sensors and instruments to ensure accurate measurements and data collection.
Develop and implement testing procedures to validate the precision and reliability of sensor outputs.
Conduct performance tests under different environmental conditions to assess device robustness.

Signal Integrity and Troubleshooting:

Use specialized testing tools and equipment to verify the integrity of output signals from transmitters.
Identify and rectify signal distortions, noise, and interference, ensuring high-quality data transmission.
Troubleshoot hardware and connectivity issues that may arise during the testing and deployment phases.

Maintenance and Repair:

Perform routine maintenance on installed instruments to prevent degradation of performance.
Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning devices, and repair or replace components as needed.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and replacement history.
Document all installation, calibration, testing, and troubleshooting procedures, creating comprehensive guides for future reference.

Quality Assurance:

Implement quality control procedures to ensure that instruments meet industry standards and project requirements.

Project Planning and Execution:

Participate in project planning meetings to provide technical insights on instrument-related aspects.
Contribute to the development of project timelines and milestones related to instrument installation, calibration, and testing.
Collaborate with the team to ensure project deliverables are met within stipulated timelines.

Health and Safety Compliance:

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while handling instruments, tools, and hazardous materials.
Promote a safe working environment by identifying potential hazards and taking necessary precautions.

Requirements:

Relevant technical degree or certification in electronics, instrumentation, or a related field.
Strong understanding of sensor technology, signal processing, and data communication protocols.
Proficiency in using testing equipment and tools to assess signal integrity.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and within a team on project-based assignments.
Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
