We are looking for a Call Center Sales Representative. You will answer incoming calls from customers who want to place orders, respond to inquiries, manage complaints.
Responsibilities:
- Identify customer's needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions according to their queries.
- Seize opportunities to up sell products when they arise.
- Keep records of all conversations and do follow ups.
- Meet personal, team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Atleast, 1 year of experience in a call center is required.
- Ability to handle stressful situation appropriately.
- Salary will be discussed in the interview as per your experience and your skills but you can make up to 40k - 60k per month.
