In this role, you will be responsible for providing product support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users and ensuring its smooth operation. The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of desktop support.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to user inquiries and provide technical assistance via chat or email.
• Provide a best possible solution the client.
• Report and monitor the issues faced by the client.
• Work with the development team for a quick fix to issues faced by the client.
• Manage and create the help articles for the client.
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and expand knowledge.
